Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking talented individuals for the 2027 F&B Management Internship Program. This program provides training, one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback as you pursue a career in country club management with a specific emphasis on F&B operations.

Program runs May 2027 through Labor Day weekend 2027, 35–40 hours per week. Interns will rotate through restaurant operations and special events, learning service standards and gaining exposure to the

Qualifications

• Must be a current university student enrolled in a four-year hospitality program in the United States.
• Desire a career in country club management with emphasis on F&B operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional service to members and guests.
• Greets members and guests by name with a warm smile.
• Trains and performs essential duties in several segments of the F&B department, including events.
• Learns line staff functions, operations, and company policies.
• Sets performance goals with upper management and monitors progress.
• Follows steps of service and knows all menus and bar items.
• Promotes Club activities and teamwork.
