Pine Hollow Club’s 14-week Food & Beverage Management Internship is a paid, hands-on program designed for students pursuing hospitality operations and leadership. You will rotate through restaurant and beverage operations, banquets, staffing, inventory, and cost awareness, gaining frontline service and managerial perspective.

You will work alongside the team in service and support roles, with mentorship from the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and departmental mentors.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in hospitality, hotel/restaurant management, business, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed by club operations.

Aufgaben

• Support restaurant and beverage operations, service, and dining-room tasks.
• Assist with reservations, seating, POS systems, and service flow.
• Assist staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cost awareness.
• Participate in training, onboarding, and team communication.
