Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is offering a 2027 F&B Management Internship Program designed to accelerate the careers of selected participants in hospitality. The program provides training, mentorship, coaching, and feedback for students pursuing a career in country club management with emphasis on F&B operations.

The internship runs May 2027 through Labor Day weekend 2027, with 35–40 hours per week. Paid internship at $23.00/hour includes on-the-job education and webinars.

Qualifications

• Must be a current university student enrolled in a four-year hospitality program in the United States.
• Desire a career in country club management with emphasis on F&B operations.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional service to members and guests in a professional manner.
• Greets members and guests with a warm smile and uses the member's name when possible.
• Trains and performs essential duties across F&B operations including restaurant operations and events.
• Learns staff functions and company policies affecting the business.
• Follows service steps and ensures accurate order entry and POS usage.
