AZEK Group, a James Hardie Building Products company, offers a 12‑week paid Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) internship onsite in the United States. You will support process improvement, document control, and site safety programs in a manufacturing setting, building technical and communication skills with mentoring and real project impact.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a related bachelor’s program, with a 3.0+ GPA, available for full-time 12 weeks in summer 2027, and authorized to work in

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Review and update facility line drawings, fire extinguisher maps, evacuation routes, severe weather maps, and emergency equipment locations.
• Assist with environmental compliance activities, including chemical inventories, waste inspections, spill-prevention readiness, stormwater reviews, and recordkeeping
• Collaborate with EHS team members to ensure training materials reflect current policies, procedures, and best practices.
