Job summary

The PHOENIX Internship Program offers a 10-week, paid Digital Marketing internship supporting the Express brand. This summer program runs June 2 through August 5 at our Columbus, Ohio headquarters.

You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within a multi-brand retail environment. Responsibilities include building and monitoring paid media campaigns, developing paid social content plans, collaborating with the Social Media team, and delivering regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Interest in digital marketing with exposure to paid media channels.

Responsibilities

• Build, monitor and analyze paid media ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Develop paid social content plans aligned to campaign objectives.
• Partner with Social Media team to optimize assets based on performance and KPIs.
• Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
