Job summary

PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid internship at the Express HQ in Columbus, Ohio. It targets rising juniors and seniors and graduate students, offering hands-on projects, cross-functional collaboration, and professional development.

The Summer 2027 program runs June 2 through August 5, with workshops, mentorship, and opportunities to work across the Express brand. Housing is not provided, interns must relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
• Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program (June 2nd - August 5th).
• Relocate to the Columbus, OH office location (Housing not provided).
• Preferred GPA at or above 3.2.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer and associate experience for stores.
• Help evolve and shape communications through inquiries and surveys among associates, data, and analytics.
• Identify opportunities and recommend changes to processes to drive internal and external efficiencies.
• Ensure the field is properly supported to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner cross functionally on content ideas, messages, vehicles, and timing within the brand standards to field leaders.
• Lead cross functional meetings to gather, align and follow up on progress in Holiday strategy.
