Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club offers a Design and Product Development Fellowship, a 10-month, paid program onsite in Augusta, GA. Fellows work under the Product Manager to learn design, development and retail merchandising, contributing to apparel and non-apparel items.

Responsibilities include collaborating with design teams, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting Masters-week merchandise operations. Housing assistance is available, with a final project to showcase learned skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help create new designs and products with Product Development and Creative Services teams.
• Support daily communications with supplier/vendor base.
• Assist in developing strategic assortment plans and roadmaps.
• Research market trends to support patron experiences through merchandise.
• Maintain an archive of samples from current and previous seasons.
• Provide visual feedback across product categories.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Assist with special projects as required.
