Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club seeks a Content and Marketing Fellow for the Augusta National Fellowship Program in Augusta, GA. This 10-month, paid fellowship focuses on hands-on content and marketing work for the Club, Masters Tournament and related events.

The Fellow will join the Content and Marketing team to plan, produce and distribute digital content, support event logistics, and contribute to campaigns across Masters events and related championships.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of content production and publishing.
• Knowledge of television, streaming services, and their users.
• Knowledge of content management systems and social media publishing platforms.
• Skilled with multimedia content production techniques (photo, video, design).
• Skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Deep understanding of golf, Augusta National, and the Masters Tournament.

Responsibilities

• Supports digital content operations, planning, creation, production and distribution.
• Supports all logistical operations of the Content Center during major events.
• Provides marketing and content support for amateur and junior golf initiatives.
• Assists with retrieval and editing of photo and video content.
• Plans and coordinates on-site production shoots; accompanies external groups on-site.
• Collaborates on Brand and Marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Liaises with third-party vendors and content production partners; distributes assets and guidelines.
• Assists with credentialing for content personnel.
• Supports project management with notes, action items, and status updates.
