Job summary

The Augusta National Fellowship Program in Augusta, Georgia offers a 10-month paid post-graduate experience on site at Augusta National Golf Club. Fellows gain hands-on experience in broadcast, business development, and partnerships while contributing to the Masters Tournament and related events.

Qualifications

• Senior or recent graduate of an accredited college or university.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with broadcast contracts and the setup of the TV complex.
• Support partner advertising, hospitality assets, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with partners for campus tours, VIP functions, and on-site activations.
• Stay current with sports partnerships trends and industry developments.
