Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club's Masters Tournament Fellow program seeks a senior or recent graduate for hands-on event logistics and administrative support during Masters week and related events.

The role reports to the Director of Tournament Operations and collaborates with staff on planning, scheduling, and documentation, including vendor coordination, volunteer programs, and guest services.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems independently and with others.
• Knowledge of golf tournament operations and practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination for on-site Masters Tournament operations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and procurement needs.
• Assist with volunteer program and event logistics during Masters week.
• Create and maintain operational documents, calendars, and maps.
• Assist in seating, guest greeting, and function organization during Masters week.
