Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club invites candidates to join a Design and Product Development Fellowship on site in Augusta, Georgia. This 10-month paid program offers hands-on experience in design, development, and event merchandising, under the guidance of the Product Manager and with exposure to Masters Week operations.

Qualifications

• Senior or recent graduate in a related field.
• Experience with fashion merchandising or product development preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation of new designs and products.
• Support daily supplier communication.
• Help develop strategic assortment plans and roadmaps.
• Research market trends to support Patron experiences.
• Provide visual feedback across product categories.
