Under the direction of our Executive Chef, you will learn to execute various cooking techniques, uphold the highest standards of food quality, and contribute to extraordinary guest experiences.

This externship offers rotation through different outlets with broad exposure to high-end culinary operations.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare hot and cold dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in assigned stations.
• Station Maintenance: Keep workstations organized, sanitized, and stocked with ingredients.
• Food Safety & Quality: Follow strict food safety guidelines and maintain health department standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to support day-to-day operations.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality and appearance of plated and buffet items.
• Equipment & Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Learning & Development: Rotate through outlets and expand culinary skills.
