Job summary

Just Ingredients, a health and wellness e-commerce company, is seeking a Paid Creator Coordinator to manage paid creator and affiliate partnerships. The role focuses on negotiating rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity, analyzing engagement and ROAS to prioritize spend, and coordinating across Marketing, Compliance, and Finance.

Hybrid in Orem, UT with occasional travel. You'll source creators, track performance, maintain records, and ensure FTC disclosure compliance while driving

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of paid creator or influencer partnerships experience.
• Knowledge of current market rates across platforms and creator tiers.
• Proven negotiation experience covering rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables.
• Ability to analyze engagement, conversions, and ROAS to decide strategic pays.
• Familiarity with affiliate or creator management platforms is a plus.
• Understanding FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored content.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage many relationships.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate paid creators for the affiliate program based on audience fit, content quality, and performance history.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity terms directly with creators, managers, and agents.
• Apply current market-rate knowledge across creator tiers and platforms to negotiate fair, competitive deals.
• Analyze creator performance data – engagement, conversion, ROAS – to determine which creators make strategic sense to pay, and at what rate.
• Manage a structured budget across the paid creator roster, balancing testing new creators against scaling proven ones.
• Coordinate content briefs, deliverable timelines, and approvals with paid creators.
• Track deliverables against contract terms, ensuring content is on-brand, on-time, and FTC compliant.
• Maintain organized records of active paid creator agreements, rates, and performance.
• Prepare regular reporting on paid creator spend, performance, and ROI for leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Collaborations Compliance, and Finance to ensure deals are tracked and budget compliant.
