NVR, Inc. invites you to join as a Construction Management Intern for a 12-week paid program in Richmond, VA.

You will gain hands-on experience across project management, on-site coordination, and customer relations in the homebuilding industry. You will shadow a Project Manager, interact with subcontractors and customers, and spend time in Sales, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking to see how a home is built from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program with graduation within 12 months.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Explore Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking within the business.
