Job summary

Christa Construction, LLC seeks a motivated Construction Intern to join our Rochester team for May 2027–August 2027. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience guiding an ongoing construction project under seasoned professionals.

You will assist the project team with coordination, RFI processing, submittals, meeting minutes, site photo documentation, and field reporting, gaining exposure to project documentation and client communication.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is expected; Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
• Process RFIs in a timely and organized manner.
• Prepare, review, and submit project submittals for accuracy.
• Attend project meetings and record minutes and action items.
