Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a certificate or Associate degree.
• Junior or Senior in good academic standing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and operating CNC machines following work instructions.
• Load tools, fixtures, and raw materials; verify proper machine settings.
• Deburr products to drawing requirements with high precision.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other instruments to check part accuracy.
• Maintain daily production records and machine settings.
• Follow safety standards and use PPE.
• Participate in on-the-job training and related education.
• Work with senior operators and engineers to improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
