Qualifications

• Pre-admission interview process
• Pre-employment background check required
• CASAS (reading) test with score 240+ required
• Work 36 hours per week during training
• Upon certification, 36-hour CNA role with 1-year commitment

Responsibilities

• Provide constant observation and monitoring to patients
• Assist with feeding, including meal setup and assistance
• Support patient mobility and safety as directed by nursing staff
• Record observations and document patient activity for care team
• Maintain patient confidentiality and collaborate with healthcare team
