Job summary

Northern Light Mercy Hospital in Portland, Maine, seeks a full-time Nursing Support CNA for the Float Pool. Work hours are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with a salary range of $19.00 to $27.00 per hour. Provides direct and indirect patient care under nursing supervision, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and moving patients.

Requires current Maine CNA registration and BLS certification; hospital experience preferred. Sign-on bonus may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Maine.
• BLS certification to be obtained prior to patient care.
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients and families, physicians and staff to support patient outcomes.
