The trainee will attend classes, collect resident data and report to nursing staff, while engaging with residents and their families. This opportunity supports a long-term career in senior care with strong values and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in and attending a CNA-NAR training program.
• Must be eligible to be on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity pending successful completion of training.
• Read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled classes and pass the state certification test.
• Collect initial and ongoing data on all residents and report changes to RN/LPN.
• Communicate with residents, families and health team members.
