Benedictine offers a sponsored CNA-NAR training path in Dickinson, ND. As a Nursing Assistant Trainee you will receive paid training, earn a state certification, and gain practical skills to start a lasting healthcare career.

As part of the Benedictine team, you will attend all classes, report resident conditions to the RN/LPN, interact with residents and families, and work toward state registration. English literacy and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must attend all scheduled classes and pass the state required certification test.
• Collect initial and ongoing data on residents and report changes to the RN or LPN.
• Communicate and interact with residents, families, and health team members.
• Must be enrolled in CNA-NAR training program or be hired into Benedictine NA training program.
• Must be eligible to be on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity pending successful completion of training.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
