Benedictine Living Community‑Cold Spring is seeking a Nursing Assistant Trainee for a part-time evening role in Cold Spring, MN. Benedictine sponsors CNA‑NAR training, offering paid training with no cost for certification.

You will attend classes, collect resident data, and report to the RN/LPN, while interacting with residents and the health care team. Enrollment in CNA‑NAR program and eligibility for state registry required; BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in and attending a CNA‑NAR training program or be hired into a Benedictine NA training program.
• Must be eligible to be on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity pending successful completion of training.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Attend all scheduled classes and successfully pass the state required certification test.
• Collect initial and ongoing data on all residents and report changes to the RN or LPN.
• Communicate and interact with residents, families, and other health team members.
