The Davey Tree Expert Company invites energetic interns to join our climbing arborist trainee program in New Berlin, WI. You will train to climb trees, learn pruning and removal tasks, and work as part of a crew continuing to build skills in a safe, professional environment.

You'll participate in orientation and safety courses, with full-time hours and a supportive team culture focused on growth and development within the industry.

Qualifications

• Outdoor enthusiast prepared to learn climbing and pruning safely.
• Willingness to complete Davey Tree Orientation and safety courses on hire.
• Preferred: forestry, horticulture, landscaping background or experience at heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn to climb trees and assist with pruning and removal while developing skills.
• Work as part of a tree crew and progressively learn new techniques.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety protocols with supervision.
