Mission View Health Center in San Luis Obispo offers a paid CNA training track. Class starts late October 2026, 8-10 weeks, 5 days a week, including weekends, with hands-on skills training.

You will train toward CNA certification with Compass Health, and may transition to full-time employment upon certification. Tuition reimbursement and scholarships support your education as you grow in a healthcare career.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent patient-care and communication skills.
• Willingness to train as CNA and pursue certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA duties: bathing, personal care, feeding, dressing, resident care and support.

Program Details

• Training Program is approximately 8-10 weeks.
• Class is 5 days per week, weekends included.
• Learn hands‑on skills including: bathing, personal care, feeding, dressing, resident care & support.
