Job summary

Bayside Care Center in Morro Bay, CA, is accepting applications for our upcoming Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training class starting October 2026. Class time is approximately 8-10 weeks long and in session 5 days a week. Weekends included.

CNA's are the front line caregivers for our residents. You will learn how to assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Starting pay as a student is $20.90 per hour with an increase when certified.

CNA's are the front line caregivers for our residents. You will be learning all the skills needed to pass your Certified Nursing Assistant exam. You will learn how to assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and other activities of daily living.

Ideal candidate will be caring, hard-working individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and are committed to enhancing the lives of our residents. Starting pay as a student is $20.90 per hour with an increase when certified. Once certified AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available for flexibility. Preference given to those seeking to stay on as a Full Time employee. Part Time may be considered if able to commit to 24 hours per week. Certified Nursing Assistant employment is offered to our students immediately upon passing certification.
