Compass Health's Bayside Care Center in Morro Bay is accepting applications for our CNA training class starting October 2026. The program runs about 8–10 weeks, five days a week, with weekends included. Starting pay as a student is $20.90 per hour, with increases once certified.

AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available. Preference given to those who stay on as full-time employees; part-time may be considered for 24 hours per week. Employment as a CNA is offered upon passing certification.

Bayside Care Center in beautiful Morro Bayis accepting applications for our upcoming Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training class starting October 2026. Class time is approximately 8-10 weeks long and in session 5 days a week. Weekends included.

CNA's are the front line caregivers for our residents. You will be learning all the skills needed to pass your Certified Nursing Assistant exam. You will learn how to assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and other activities of daily living.

Ideal candidate will be caring, hard-working individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and are committed to enhancing the lives of our residents. Starting pay as a student is $20.90 per hour with an increase when certified. Once certified AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available for flexibility. Preference given to those seeking to stay on as a Full Time employee. Part Time may be considered if able to commit to 24 hours per week. Certified Nursing Assistant employment is offered to our students immediately upon passing certification.
