4-day work week. Yes, you read that correctly. We only work 4 days a week.
Required Skills: Ecommerce media buying and creative strategy experience. You need to have both. At least 2 years of paid media buying experience for ecommerce on Meta (bonus points if you also have experience with TikTok or Google), and experience in creative strategy.
Experience must be specifically with paid ads for ecommerce (not pharma, B2B, or plumbing). We specialize solely in ecommerce.
Note: This position is for highly driven individuals who are productive and enjoy working in the zone for 4 days, then spending time with family, resting, or exploring other creative pursuits on the 5th day. We believe in work-life balance and practice it actively.
Second Note: This is NOT a social media coordinator role. It involves media buying and creative strategy for paid ads on IG, FB, Google, and TikTok.

What you'll be doing:
Helping ecommerce brands scale via creative strategies on Instagram and Facebook ads. For example, helping a brand go from $10K-$20K/month to $40K-$50K/month, or from $50K to $100K. This involves setting up and testing creatives, optimizing campaigns, and guiding clients through their growth journey.
You should be able to develop creative briefs, understand the customer journey, and coordinate the production of creatives. Also, you'll support clients technically and emotionally, explaining ad insights and calming concerns about ad performance.
