You’ll work with accounting and project teams to support accounts payable, invoicing, vendor coordination, and project accounting reviews, developing precision in month-end close and recordkeeping across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, financial reporting, and reconciliation concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with accounts payable processes and researching invoice-related correspondence.
• Supporting vendor and subcontractor payment requests and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Participating in project accounting reviews and assisting with month-end close activities.
• Reconciling project financial data and ensuring accurate recordkeeping across multiple projects.
