You'll work with accounting and project teams on month-end tasks, invoice processing, data reconciliation, and documentation—developing a solid foundation for a career in financial operations while building professional communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable, financial reporting, and reconciliation concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable processes and invoice-related tasks.
• Support vendor and subcontractor payment requests; maintain compliance documentation.
• Participate in project accounting reviews and month-end close activities; reconcile project data.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
