Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with graduation Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• GPA 3.0 minimum (3.5 preferred).
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Familiar with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus; basic AI tools knowledge.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Self-starter with time management and teamwork abilities.
• Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile general ledger monthly.
• Develop and deliver end-of-summer presentation to CEO and leadership.
• Coordinate vendor setup and payments with AP and treasury.
• Analyze financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and cost management insights.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects like financial modeling and variance analysis.
