Job summary

ABA Support Services offers paid internships, practicums and field experience in the Lock Haven, Poconos, Scranton, Fleetwood and Reading areas, affiliated with approved Universities. This in-person program provides hands-on experience under clinical supervision to help you develop skills with children and families.

Qualifications

• Background clearances are required to complete an internship/practicum/field experience with ABA Support Services.
• A valid internship/site experience/practicum agreement must be in place with the University prior to the commencement of any work.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required—we provide comprehensive training!
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• This is an in-person position, with services provided wherever the client is located, including school, home, and clinic-based settings.
• Case assignments are made based on geographic location, availability, and University requirements.

Responsibilities

• As a BHT/RBT, you'll work directly with children to help them develop meaningful skills and make progress toward individualized goals.
• You'll implement treatment plans under the guidance of our clinical team, collect data, collaborate with supervisors, and provide one-on-one behavioral support in settings such as homes, schools, clinics, and the community depending on your assigned cases.
