Job summary

Teton Outfitters is seeking a Technical Apparel/Gear Intern to support KLIM and 509 brands. You will gain hands-on experience across product development, design, and materials, contributing to projects from concept to market in a collaborative environment.

This 12-week internship offers exposure to cross-functional teams, with an assignment-based structure and opportunities for mentorship and potential future roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's in Product Development, Technical Design, Fashion Design, Textile Development, or related field.
• Available for a full 12-week internship, May–August 2027, 40 hours/week.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
• Previous internship/co-op or relevant project experience.
• U.S. person eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willing and able to relocate; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work on real product and business priorities from concept to market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on apparel or hard parts projects.
• Take ownership of a defined product deliverable from planning through completion.
• Build visibility across the company via cross-team meetings and reviews.
• Participate in line reviews, material selection, design reviews, fittings, and other product-development activities.
• Present projects and learnings at internship end.
