Polaris Inc. seeks an Associate Marketing Manager for Teton Outfitters to drive athlete and ambassador programs, events, and social content across KLIM and 509 apparel brands.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Creative, and Digital teams to align priorities with launch strategies and business goals. You will own relationships, lead trade shows and brand experiences, guide social strategies, and contribute to yearly go-to-market planning, with travel up to 25% and a hybrid in-office structure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in marketing, brand management, social media, or go-to-market roles.
  • Demonstrated success growing and managing organic social media channels with measurable results.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of influencer, ambassador, athlete, and community-driven marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including coordinating multiple programs.
  • Ability to adapt priorities in response to market changes and business needs.
  • Able to collaborate across a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions.
  • Powersports knowledge or enthusiasm for the customer community is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Own athlete and ambassador relationships for KLIM and 509, including contracting and performance tracking.
  • Lead planning and execution of trade shows, events, and athlete activations.
  • Manage event production activities, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Lead social media planning and execution across major platforms.
  • Manage organic social publishing, scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Support annual model year go-to-market planning with cross-functional partners.
  • Develop integrated activation plans across organic social, ambassadors, partnerships, and events.
  • Execute PR activities aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate content planning with creators, athletes, and internal resources.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Creative, and Digital to align priorities.

Job description

Position Overview

As an Associate Marketing Manager for Teton Outfitters, you will support the KLIM and 509 apparel brands by bringing stories to life through athlete and ambassador programs, events, social media, and product launches. Serving as a key marketing partner across both brands, this role coordinates established resources and relationships to connect monthly and seasonal priorities with the customer. Working closely with Product, Sales, Creative, Digital, and other teams, the position maintains alignment with launch strategies and broader business goals. This role offers meaningful ownership of highly visible marketing programs and the opportunity to influence future event, partnership, and organic social strategies for globally recognized powersports apparel brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own athlete and ambassador relationships for KLIM and 509, including contracting, compliance, and performance tracking, event participation, content coordination, and ongoing program improvement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, events, athlete activations, and brand experiences in alignment with product launches and broader go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage event production activities, including asset coordination, dealer involvement, staffing support, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Lead social media planning and execution across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels, while coordinating with adjacent teams and partners.
  • Manage organic social publishing, scheduling, content coordination, audience engagement, and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Support annual model year go-to-market planning and strategy execution in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Develop integrated activation plans across organic social media, ambassadors, athletes, partnerships, and events.
  • Execute public relations activities, including athletes, sponsorships, and activations, in alignment with established processes and brand objectives.
  • Support content planning and production by coordinating creators, athletes, contractors, and internal resources while maintaining consistency with brand identity and standards.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Creative, Digital, and other stakeholders to align priorities and deliver coordinated marketing execution across Teton Outfitters.

  • Powersports industry knowledge, familiarity with the powersports customer, or enthusiasm for the customer community is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Only local candidates or those willing to relocate to the Idaho Falls area will be considered.

The office operates on a hybrid work structure (T, W, and Th are in-office days).
