You will manage pad printing lines, prepare inks, perform preventive maintenance, and support lean and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
• Proven background in pad printing configuration, specifically regarding ink preparation and color matching.
• Experience with assembly, printing, machining, or pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Comfortable operating in a production setting with frequent equipment changeovers.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and work autonomously.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Self-driven with commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and transition assembly and pad printing lines to client specs.
• Prepare pad printing inks with color accuracy, viscosity, and consistency.
• Resolve mechanical, electrical, and process malfunctions to maintain production flow.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance on machinery to maximize availability.
• Dismantle completed jobs and reconfigure hardware for next cycles.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production to ensure uniform output and standards.
• Apply Lean and 5S to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
