Job summary

You will mix inks, adjust color matching, and coordinate with Quality and Production to ensure compliant, high-quality parts. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, problem solving, and a readiness to work on-site with safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience with pad printing setup, including ink mixing and color matching.
• Experience with assembly, printing, machining, pneumatics, or electrical systems.
• Forklift experience (or willingness to certify).
• Able to read instructions and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over assembly and pad printing lines to meet customer specifications.
• Mix inks for pad printing applications, ensuring proper color matching, viscosity, and consistency for each job.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues during production.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to maximize uptime.
• Tear down jobs and reset equipment for the next production run.
• Partner with Quality and Production teams to ensure consistent output and compliance.
• Follow Lean / 5S practices to maintain efficient, organized workspaces.
