This role puts you at the center of assembly and printing operations, owning machine setups, solving technical issues, and helping deliver high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.If you enjoy working with tools, equipment, and automation-style processes, this is a strong opportunity to grow your technical skill set while making a direct impact on daily production performance.What You’ll Be Working On• Set up and change over assembly and pad printing lines to meet customer specifications• Mix inks for pad printing applications, ensuring proper color matching, viscosity, and consistency for each job• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues during production• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to maximize uptime• Tear down jobs and reset equipment for the next production run• Partner with Quality and Production teams to ensure consistent output and compliance• Follow Lean / 5S practices to maintain efficient, organized workspacesEquipment & Technologies You’ll Use• Pad printing equipment, sonic welders, hot stampers, printers, ovens, sealers• Hand tools, grinders, soldering irons• Pneumatic and mechanical systems• Pallet jacks and forkliftsWhat Makes You a Strong Fit• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability• Experience with pad printing setup, including ink mixing and color matching• Experience with assembly, printing, machining, pneumatics, or electrical systems• Comfortable working in production environments with equipment changeovers• Able to read instructions, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently• Forklift experience (or willingness to certify)• Self-motivated with a strong attention to quality and safetyWork Environment & Physical Requirements• Industrial manufacturing environment• Standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 70 lbs occasionally)• PPE required (safety glasses; hearing protection where applicable)Why This Role Stands Out• Hands-on technical work with real production impact• Variety—no two setups or jobs are the same• Strong opportunity to build skills in automation-adjacent manufacturing operations• Stable full-time position in a production-focused environment
