Klein Tools is seeking a Pad Printer with advanced CNC knowledge to support high-volume production in Mansfield, TX. The role requires troubleshooting, precision setup, and proactive maintenance of printing equipment to ensure accurate image transfer and print quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience or equivalent.
• Metalworking or metal removal experience and CNC certification or tooling certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Work safely following Company and OSHA rules, wear PPE.
• Perform advanced set-ups, install tools/fixtures, verify settings, run first piece parts, and check specs.
• Select, load and test programs; adjust offsets and feed/speed as needed.
• Monitor machine operation and ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot problems, repair equipment, diagnose breakdowns, and replace defective components.
• Replace, reset and sharpen tools when necessary.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and check oil/coolant levels.
• Record inspections, downtime and shift communications; log findings.
• Report production counts, scrap and labor hours; complete paperwork.
