You must follow safety protocols, operate shop tools and cranes safely, maintain an orderly workstation, and participate in required training while supporting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders to rebuild transformers per customer specs.
• Gather parts and tools; ensure they are in good condition.
• Recondition and reassemble transformers (cleaning, inspecting, replacing gaskets, oil).
• Perform quality checks and basic testing before shipment.
• Operate shop equipment safely and return it after use.
• Use overhead crane and handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workstation.
• Complete safety and compliance training when required.
• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
