Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience and will work a travel assignment with 48 hours per week across 12 hour day shifts.

Start date is 10/26/2026 for an 18 week duration, with stress-ready capabilities required. As a PACU RN you will monitor post-op patients as they recover from anesthesia, craft individualized care plans, and communicate promptly

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide observation and care for post-op patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient condition.
• Monitor patients for changes and report to physicians.
• Determine when patients are recovered and ready to move to a room.
