Job summary

St. Marks Hospital in Salt Lake City, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a PACU Registered Nurse to deliver post-operative care, monitor airway and vitals, and work with the surgical team to ensure patient safety. On-call responsibilities may apply as discussed.

You'll participate in evidence-based practices, educate patients and families, and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality R.N. care environment in a major health system.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in Utah.
• 1+ year PACU/ER/ICU nursing experience.
• BLS required; ACLS/ALS within 90 days of start.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality post-operative care and nursing assessments.
• Monitor airway, neurological and cardiac status; document changes.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams in recovery.
• Provide patient and family education about care and follow-up.
