Job summary

The Shore Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the PACU team. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and may be cross trained to work in PAT and Endoscopy.

Requirements include NJ Licensed RN, BLS and ACLS, 2 years in Critical Care/ED/PACU, and on-call evening/weekend availability; lifting and stamina are required. Salary ranges from $42.78 to $57.02 hourly depending on experience.

Qualifications

• NJ Licensed RN
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2 years of nursing experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, or PACU
• Availability for evening and weekend “on call” rotation
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of patient care.
• Delegate patient care to other health care team members.
• Cross trained to work in PAT and Endoscopy
