Job summary

The Center for Ambulatory Surgery located in Mountainside, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse to join our team. The position involves caring for patients in both PRE-OP and PACU areas and coordinating with physicians and staff on a daily basis.

Candidate must have 2–3 years PACU experience with adults and pediatrics, an active RN license, and current BLS/PALS/ACLS certifications. Shifts are four 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state RN license; BLS, PALS, ACLS required.
• Proficient in starting and maintaining IVs.
• 2–3 years PACU experience with adult and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in PRE-OP and PACU areas.
• Work four 10-hour shifts on Mondays–Fridays.
• Collaborate with staff and physicians to ensure patient safety and comfort.
