Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana or a compact state.
• BCLS certification required.
• PACU or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Full-time 1.0 shift (DaysPacU) with responsibilities as listed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in PACU per nursing process and protocols.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Provide post-anesthesia education and discharge instructions.
