Job summary

Parkland Community Health Plan is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) on a PRN/part-time basis. Responsibilities include direct patient care in PACU, assessments, monitoring recovery, and documentation.

Current Texas RN license (or compact) and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS are expected within designated timelines, with opportunities for professional growth. Experience in PACU or OR prep/recovery areas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in Texas (or Compact) required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Post Anesthesia Care Unit per protocols.
