Job summary

United Surgical Partners International partner Colorado Urologic Surgery Center - Park Meadows is seeking a PreOp/PACU Registered Nurse. You will provide continuous nursing care to patients emerging from anesthesia, focusing on safety, comfort, and privacy, while supporting physicians in procedure rooms as required.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, execution, and evaluation of patient care from admission through discharge, with strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS and ACLS Required; PALS if required by the center.
• 2 years of PACU or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients emerging from anesthesia or sedation.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times.
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms with conscious sedation and sterile techniques as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care from admission to discharge.
