Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have nursing licensure in Florida or eligible
• Registered Nurse with acute care/post-anesthesia experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive post anesthesia nursing assessments and care.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered.
• Coordinate with anesthesia, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family education postoperatively.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR and other systems.
