Job summary

Physician Partners of America seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Tampa, FL. The RN will manage patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, and supervise LPNs under RN/CRNA guidance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active State RN license.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to maintain licensure and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPN assessments; co-sign with RN/CRNA.
• Ensure operative and informed consents are signed and correct.
• Perform initial physiological needs assessments on admission/discharge.
• Maintain awareness of patient status and document changes.
• Assist with ASC tasks such as restocking and inventory.
