Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking a dedicated PACU Registered Nurse to manage immediate post-operative care, monitor airway, neurological and cardiac status, and respond to complications. You will provide initial wound care and collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams to stabilize patients during recovery.

The role requires Colorado RN licensure (or multi-state), BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• ACLS & PALS Certifications.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN Preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience required. PACU, Ambulatory, Critical Care or ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct care of post-surgical/post-procedural patients.
• Provide care to adult, adolescent, geriatric, or pediatric populations as appropriate.
• Rotate to areas other than the assigned service area, performing only duties you are competent to perform.
• Oversee and direct care of assistive personnel and ensure quality patient care.
