Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in PACU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement an appropriate plan of care.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and evidence-based practice in patient care.
• Ensure patient safety, rights and PHI protection; uphold infection prevention initiatives.
