Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at St. Francis Downtown in Greenville, SC. The role focuses on assessing patient status, prioritizing needs, and delivering comprehensive perioperative nursing care to critically ill patients.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, active RN licensure, and BLS with ACLS/PALS preferred. CNOR and SGNA are a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license is current in state of practice.
• Two years of RN experience in Critical Care preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS or PALS preferred at hire (must obtain before direct patient care).
• CNOR and SGNA are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care within PACU.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
