Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks an RN to join the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs while delivering direct care to patients recovering from anesthesia.

This role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, education on post-treatment management, and collaboration with surgical teams. You will participate in safety initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in the state of practice.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in PACU and assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
• Promote patient and family-centered care and educate on post-treatment management.
• Educate and communicate across care teams to ensure seamless care.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives and apply critical nursing skills in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.

Role:
